How to check availability and book a session ▶

1. Choose your view:

  • Studio Day View: Compare all studios side-by-side for a single day. Tap any day on the 7-day strip (Mon–Sun) above the table to switch days instantly.
  • Studio Week View: See Monday through Sunday for an individual studio at a glance. Use the colored studio tabs to switch between rooms.

2. Select your time slots:

  • Click a green slot to choose your Start Time (turns blue).
  • Available end times will highlight in light green. Click a second slot to choose your End Time.
  • A floating booking bar will appear showing your chosen studio, duration, and a Book Now → button, which takes you directly to the booking form with your date and times already filled in!
  • Start and end times must be on the same calendar day. Minimum booking duration applies (typically 2 hours).

3. Slot color guide:

  • Green: Available to book.
  • Blue: Your selected Start Time.
  • Light Green: Available End Time options for your selection.
  • Pink: Already booked / busy.
  • Grey: In the past, outside opening hours, or too close to closing time to start a new session.
  • Split Green/Pink: Another booking begins or ends right at this half hour. If chosen as an end time, please ensure your session wraps up and exits promptly on time.

4. Browsing dates and weeks:

  • Use ← Prev. Week and Next Week → to jump whole weeks forward or back, or click Today to return to the current week.
  • Select a specific week from the week dropdown, or click 📅 Pick Date to choose any calendar date directly.

  • If the date or time you need is already booked, you can join the availability waitlist.
  • You'll find the waitlist form below this calendar (jump to waitlist form).
  • Select your ideal date, start and end times, and the studio room(s) you'd like, then click Notify Me When Available.
  • If a cancellation opens up that time slot, you’ll receive an email straight away with a direct link to book it.
  • Notifications are sent to everyone waitlisted for that slot at the same time (first come, first served).
  • You can view and cancel your active waitlist alerts at any time from the same section.
  • You must be logged in to join the waitlist (log in or create an account here).
